  1. I love this image this is the first time i have ever seen a project done under water. This image has something to do with industrialism and modernism, its amazing how much technology has improved over the years. i admire how the artist has taken a strong concept and turned it into a beautiful artistic performance.

  2. These images of the under water video of the "Memorial Project Nha Trang, Vietnam' (2001) are very moving with what is actually going on. For someone who first sights these images/videos would think these people are crazy but instead when we actually look at the meaning behind this extraordinary piece we can immediately feel sympathy towards those people who have struggled.

I have read that this symbolizes the conditions in which these people struggle to overcome challenges of the every day Vietnamese people and the transition into the era of modernization.

I think the title of this is "complex-For the Courages, the Curious and the Cowards" depicts for me the truth of how these people are living and how they have lived. I also think that it targets those directly being the "Courages, Curious and Cowards" of the Vietnamese society, the more literal approach "by the fact that the physical struggles are real".
